Description

wood, brown patina, indigo blue pigment, camwood powder, string of beads around the waist, of characteristic form: elongated head with pointed mouth, big eyes framed by eyelashes, a high towering coiffure consisting of four lobes, round and thick arms, scarification marks on the belly, grooves in the base, slightly dam., nail heads missing, traces of insect caused damage (upper- and underside of the base), abrasion of paint;
in the style of the Igbuke family of carvers.
