Description

wood, brown patina, black paint, indigo blue pigment, camwood powder “osun”, abundantly adorned with strings of glass beads and coconut discs, as well as six cowrie shell strings, remains of ear ornament, one figure with metal tag eyes, while the eyes of the second figure are spread with blackish mass, notched pattern at the hairline and straight across the breast, three linear tattoos underneath the eyes, cape made from leather and cloth, embroidered with cowrie shells allover, just two triangular compartments left free, slightly dam., missing part (at the mouth of one of the figures), cracks
