Description

light brown wood, partly encrusted dark brown patina, metal sheet, in form of a standing female figure with disc-shaped head, complete with bolt, min. dam., missing part, fine cracks, traces of abrasion;
locks of this type are of North African and Islamic origin. This finely carved example offered the protective power of ancestral spirits to the granary it guarded.
