wood, middle brown patina, blackened in parts, eight teeth, surmounted by an anthropomorphic head with open-worked headgear, carved with a necklace with cross pendant, min. dam., slight traces of abrasion, base;
because of certain style characteristics present comb can be attributed to the same artist like a comb from the William Brill Collcetion that was offered at Sotheby’s New York (lot 148) in 2006.
