Description

wood, shiny dark brown patina with remains of black paint, 11 teeth, ornamentally carved handle, upper rim in openwork design carved with anthropomorphic face, both sides individually designed, slightly dam., base (old collection number “2996”);
base by Kichizô Inagaki (type made for the Geneviève Rodier Collection, sold by Ader-Picard-Tajan, Paris-Drouot, 30 May 1972).
