A beautiful detail of this club is the hidden stylised human figures and animal representations incorporated into the detailed carving. On one side of the club, there are two anthropomorphic figures and a turtle, and on the other, three anthropomorphic figures and two birds. Star-like shapes are carved on both sides along the edge of the striking head.
