Description

wood, brown patina, two separate carved anthropomorphic half figures with cavities in their cylindrical bodies, drilled holes at the neck with cord and two seed capsules, base;
such pendants are worn in pair by small children as part of a treatment for fainting or epilepsy. The cavities contained protective medicine.
