Description

wood, remains of stained middle brown patina, slightly encrusted in some areas, handle in shape of a standing female figure of slender blocklike form, the head carved with a flat spoon, decor with incised triangular patterns, the facial features marked by a prominent horizontal brow line, slightly dam. (breasts, spoon-like projection), cracks, traces of old age, base;
a quite similar spoon is pictured at E. Winizki, 1990, ill. 47.
