Description

bone, honey brown patina, incised dot ornaments, min. dam., fine cracks through age, small missing parts;
in their regular large size these objects are important tools in domestic and agricultural work. The miniature “tools” are generally carved in elephant bone, some of them are manufactured in wood or ivory. Most of these pieces belong to hight grade preceptors of “bwami” society.
