The mask shows extremely appealing and friendly facial features. Originally, it wore a hairstyle made of plant fibre braiding, as indicated by the matt patina on the head.

“Deangle” masks embody gentle, friendly spiritual beings whose appearance makes people happy. They act as mediators between the circumcision camps and the village. “Tankagle” - masks perform pantomime dances exclusively for entertainment.
