Extremely expressive example of one of the rare masks of the Zaramo. A very similar work published in the standard work “Mwana Hiti” by Marc Leo Felix, 1990, p. 463, fig. 274.


The object Anthropomorphic mask with the object ID 3048455 was last part of the auction 97th Auction at November 6, 2021 on Zemanek-Münster Auction house. The object with the lot number 374 achieved a sales price of EUR 4,500.
