ivory, horn-shaped, crowned by a head with accentuated cut facial features, min. dam., fissures;
Luba ivory pendants are among the most intimate and personal of all Luba objects, and reflect a close association with the human body. Tiny enough to be easily held and caressed in the hand, ivory pendants nevertheless uphold the same aesthetic as larger, more imposing Luba royal emblems.


The object Amulet figure with the object ID 3032157 was part of the auction 68th tribal art auction on March 3, 2012. The object with the lot number 121 achieved a sales price of EUR 500 with an asking price of EUR 450.
