Description

soapstone, greenish-brown, with 18 arms, hands folded in front of the breast/resting in the lap, or holding various attributes, oval framing with floral decor and plumed rim, crowned by pagoda-like roof tops, closed rectangular opening in the back, rising from wooden base in floral openworked design, slightly dam., minor place of repair (breakage in the middle of upper rim);
aged and extremely fine work of carving.
